Edward Zak

Belton--- A visitation will be held for Edward "Eddie" Zak, 74, of Belton, 10:00AM to 3:00PM Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Eddie died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in Temple. He was born December 29, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Edward George Zak and Elizabeth (Guages) Zak. He married his wife Catherine (Eyster) Zak, April 2, 1965 in Bourne, Massachusetts. He retired from the United States Airforce in 1976 after 20 honorable years of service with the rank of Tech Sergeant. He is survived by his wife Catherine Zak; two sons, Edward Christopher Zak, Michael Anthony Zak; one daughter, Carol Lynn Ruker; one brother, John Chasas; one sister, Rita Roberts; five grandchildren, Kristy Nichol Zak, Carol Lynn Zack, Joshua Christopher Zak, Cheyanna Rucker, Zachary Stephen Rucker.
