Deane Sparra

Belton Graveside services for Mrs. Deane Sparra, 76, of Belton, will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, at the North Belton Cemetery with Rev. Billy Borho officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6-7 PM Sunday evening at the Dossman Funeral Home. Mrs. Sparra died Friday, August 10, 2012 at a Belton Nursing Home. Mrs. Sparra was born February 27, 1936, in Killeen, the daughter of Earnest Nathaniel Cunningham and Dolly Blanch (Johnson) Cunningham. She married Billie Gene Sparra in Belton in 1966. She was retired from the Meat Department of HEB on Adams in Temple. She loved sports and a nice lawn. She truly was a wonderful neighbor always helping others with yard work and anything else neighbors might need. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Gynelle Hooper of Cleburne and many great nieces and nephews.
