Stanley Frank Curry

Belton Stanley Curry, 74, of Belton, died Wednesday, August 22. 2012, at his home in Belton. A memorial service will be held at Central Texas Sate Veteran's Cemetery in Killeen 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August, 29. 2012. Mr. Curry was born November 30, 1937, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, the son of Frank Curry and Velma Fink McKinney Curry. He has lived in Central Texas for 50 years and was a long time member of the VFW Post 4008. He married his wife, Priscilla Curry February 14, 2012. He is preceded in death by one wife, Emma P. Curry, his loving parents, one sister, and one grandchild. Survivors include, two sons, Stanley David Curry, McKinney Skeeter Curry; one daughter, Sherron Smith; one brother, David Curry of Georgia; three sisters, Nadine Kerr of California, Jean Andrews of Pennsylvania, Joan Foster also of Pennsylvania; and seven grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123 Dossman Funeral Home of Belton is in charge of arrangements.
