Funeral services for Louise Kirkley Britt will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday December 4, 2012 at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Andy Davis and Dan Kirkley officiating. Private Burial. The family will receive friends for visitation 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday evening at the Dossman Funeral Home. Mrs. Britt was born December 17, 1921 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Guy Bunyard Reneau and Elizabeth Margaret (Chandler) Reneau. She married Dr. Alva Rex Kirkley December 20, 1942 in Houston, Texas. He preceded her in death February 24, 1996. She later married Kelly Morgan Britt, Jr. November 29, 1998 in Belton. Mrs. Britt was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Belton for over 65 years. She was preceded in death by both husbands, one son, Terry Reneau Kirkley in 1950, one sister, Margaret Johnston and two brothers Tom Reneau and George Reneau. Survivors include children, Dan Kirkley and wife Kandy of Belton, Ann Utley and husband Bob of Dallas and Belton, Kelly Britt and wife Janetta of Colleyville, David Britt and wife Cindy of Germany and Mary Jane Williams and husband Blair of Belton. 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
