Doris Autrey

Belton--- Funeral services for Doris "Nanny" Autrey, 88, of Belton, will be held at 1 PM Friday, January 11, 2013, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Restland Cemetery in Gatesville. The family will receive friends for visitation 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Autrey was born June 27, 1924 in Gatesville, the daughter of John Alexander and Martha Elizabeth (Manning) White. She married Claudis Autrey, March 14, 1942 in Coryell County. She was a life time resident of central Texas. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Autrey was preceded in death by her husband in 2006. Survivors include three sons Charles Dean Autrey of Belton, Billy Lee Autrey of Moffat and David Gene Autrey of Morgan's Point Resort, two brothers Doyle White of Belton and Barney White of Temple. 10 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
