Carolyne Ann Barbara Leija Schiller

Carolyne Ann Leija-Schiller, 71, of Belton, passed away Tuesday evening, March 12, 2013 at Temple Scott and White Hospital. A memorial service will be held at about 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Leija residence in Belton with Pastor Ruben Arriaga officiating. Carolyne was born on October 1, 1941 in Belton, Tx. Blessed by God and loved by all, she was always passionate about everything she did in life. A mail carrier for almost 20 years, she started her own construction and cleaning company and her favorite Hobbies were gardening and wood work. Always loved to help everyone, especially those less fortunate. Her church and love was with The Rose Garden of Temple, a group of wonderful people who come together in worship and to help the lost and homeless in every way they can. Beloved sister to Frances Sellers and Danny Faucett. The most beloved, patient, understanding and caring mother to Jamie and Lesi Corliss, Steve and Novella Corliss, Michelle and Casey Hunt and Bobby and Carrie Dudik. Beloved friend to all who came in contact with her, Aunt to many, Grandmother to 14 and Great Grandmother to 20. A wonderful woman, full of passion, love and the grace of God will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
