Belton--- Funeral services for Liesbeth Mossman, 90, of Belton, will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 30, 2013, at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton with Rev. James Misko officiating. Burial will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday evening from 6-7 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Mossman was born March 5, 1923 in Buchelsdorf, Landkreis Namslau, Schlesien Germany, the daughter of Arthur and Marie Gottschalk. She married James F. Mossman June 9, 1951 in Germany and came to the United States. She was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church in Belton. She was preceded in death by her husband December 17, 2006, two brothers Herbert and Alfred Gottschalk and sister Lucie Dyba. Survivors include one son O. Joe Kittner and wife Janice of Garland; one daughter Christe Mossman of Belton; one sister Irmgard Trzeciok of Furth, Germany and two grandchildren.
