Barbara Rich

BeltonBarbara Rich, age 76 of Belton, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at her home in Belton. There are no services scheduled at this time and Dossman Funeral Home is charge of arrangements. She was born May 16, 1937 in Lampasas, Texas the daughter of Carl Rich and Gladys (West) Rich. Barbara lived in Belton since 1982 after moving from Austin. She had a Master's degree in Education and worked as a Teacher and Coach until retiring. She loved to camp, fish, go boating, and travel. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her partner, Ann Olmstead and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Temple Animal Shelter in memory of Barbara Rich, 620 Mama Dog Circle, Temple, Texas 76501 or to Scott & White Hospice, 2401 S. 31st Street, Temple, Texas 76508
