Belton- Funeral services for Kenneth Shannon "Jack" Dulaney, 88, of Belton will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery. Mr. Dulaney died Friday, October 18th in a Temple hospital. He was born on March 1 1925, in Belton, to John Willie Dulaney and Bessie Mae McCutcheon. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Dulaney retired from the Fort Hood Fire Department and Belton I.S.D. He was also a local carpenter. On Jun 20, 1957, he married Davie Dell Scott, his wife of 39 years and the mother of his children, who preceded him in death on September 5, 1996. He married Ima Jean Gott on December 2, 2000. She preceded him in death in August 2005. Survivors include his two daughters, Sharon Warden and Karen Dulaney Smith, four grandchildren and two nephews. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM today, Sunday October 20, 2013, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Belton Volunteer Fire Department or Miller Heights Baptist Church.
