Belton--- Graveside services for Jerry Dale King will be 2PM Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Bell Plains Cemetery in Belton under the direction of Dossman Funeral Home with Darren Rich officiating. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Jerry Dale King passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013 in a Temple hospital. He was born on July 7, 1958 in Belton the son of Boyd King and Johnnie Ellison. He married his wife, Sharon (Hagen) King July 9, 2004 in South Padre, Texas. He loved dancing, shooting his gun, and his cat and dogs. Outside of his marriage, his grandchildren were the most important thing to him. He was loved by many and will be very missed. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, Sharon King of Belton; mother, Johnnie Ellison and step-father, L.H. Ellison; one son, Jeremy Boyd King of Belton; one daughter, Tonya Faye King of Belton; two sisters, Teresa Faye Kelley of Belton, Tammy Marie Martin of Iola; and five grandchildren, Haylee Blane King, Torrence Autumn King, Brooklynn Rayne Finck, Madalyna Adele King, Bristol LeAnn Knutson.
