Bobby Lee King

Little River, TX --- Bobby Lee King, age 62, was called home to be with The Lord on Thursday, December 19, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Wilson Valley Cemetery in Little River. Visitation will be held Monday, December 23, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dossman Funeral Home. Bobby was born in Temple, Texas on February 3, 1951. He retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety after 20 years of service and also served as Bell County Deputy Sheriff for 4 years prior to becoming a DPS State Trooper. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and an avid Marksman. Bobby is survived by his wife of 34 years, Paula Ann King of Little River, TX and a daughter, Amy King Sexton and her husband Michael of Chandler, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind three brothers and two sisters, Ricky Lynn King, Garry Dale King, Larry Gale King, Anita Kay Frankford, and Lydia Annette King, and several nieces and nephews.
