Cheryl Fritch

Funeral services for Cheryl Fritch, 65, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 23, 2013 at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday evening from 6-8 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home. Mrs. Fritch died Thursday, December 19, 2013 in a Temple hospital. Mrs. Fritch was born September 4, 1948 in Belton, the daughter of Jesse Ray Smith and Alice Mae (Bennett) Smith. She worked for many years in Michigan at a health care center. She married Duane Fritch august 19, 1978 in Arcadia, Michigan. In 1994 she returned to Belton and went to work for Wal-Mart before retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Tricia Lynn Palmer in July 2013. Survivors include her husband Duane Fritch of Morgan's Point Resort; two sons Shannon Ray Jensen and Ricky Edward Jensen both of Michigan. Two brothers, Terry Smith of Belton and Ricky Smith of Harker Heights; two sisters Brenda Kay Kingsley of Harker Heights and Dempsey Smith of Bryan College Station nine grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
