Belton- Funeral services for Dorothy L. Browning, 65, of Belton, will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 10, 2014, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Graves officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home. Mrs. Browning died Thursday March 6, 2014 in a Temple Hospital. Mrs. Browning was born in Temple, November 2, 1948, the daughter of Robert Edgar Hunt and Dorothy (Foster) Hunt. She married Dennis Browning November 21, 1997 in Belton at Miller Heights Baptist Church. She worked for BISD Maintenance Department in Custodial Supplies. She worked for 5 years as a librarian for the City of Belton. She loved her job at the Library because she enjoyed working with children so much. She enjoyed family gatherings and loved to cook for her family. Survivors include her husband Dennis Browning of Belton; mother, Dorothy Hunt of Temple; two sons John Gunning of Burleson and Nathan Gunning and wife Amy of Mesquite; two daughters Camille Guning of Belton and Crystal Gunning of Arlington; one step daughter Amy LeValley and husband Derek of Nolanville. Three brothers Robert Hunt and wife Emma of Temple, Tommy Hunt and wife Debbie of San Antonio and Billy Hunt and wife Debbie of Durango Nine grandchildren; Micah, Laci, Nate, Savanna, Cade, Hunter, Juniper, Corrigan and Lindley and two great grandchildren Carly and Zachary, Jr.
