Juanita Brown Lively

Belton- Memorial services for Juanita (Brown) Lively, 85 of Brady, will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Rochelle Baptist Church in Rochelle with Pastor Ken Barr officiating. Mrs. Lively was born October 6, 1928 in Rochelle, the daughter of Drew and Oma (Coffelt) Brown. She married Vernon Lively July 7, 1949 in Brady. She was baptized and raised in the Rochelle Baptist Church. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Brady. Mrs. Lively was a member of the Brady Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Lively was preceded in death by her husband in 1998 and one great grandson. Survivors include two sons Ricky Lively of Abilene and Tommy Lively and wife Dee of Weatherford; one daughter Shirley Poynor and husband Mike of Temple; one brother Clifton Brown of Rochelle and one sister Beatrice Martin of Midland.; seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great- great- grandchildren.
