Jessie Ray "Papa" Newman

PaPa Jessie Ray Newman husband to Patricia Newman Child of Jack and Ruby Newman, Dad to Brian and Melinda Father-in-law to Bobby and Leah PaPa to Caleb, Stacie, Jessie Ray, Cheyenne and Courtney, extended grandchildren Bradon, Chance, Hayden, Landon, Hoss, Paisley, Toby, Shelby, McKencie, Uncle to Amanda, Joey, Baby John, Ashley, Barbra, Boo Son-in-law to Lue and Bill Brother to Eddie, Happy Jack, Robert, Linda, Lisa and Debra A friend and uncle to so many more. Jessie was a faithful employee to Odell Geer's for 30 years and then to Miller Springs Material of 15 years. PaPa went home to be with the Lord on September 17th, 2014. It breaks our hearts to say good-bye but we know we will meet again as PaPa would say, "Check ya later" Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September, 20, 2014, at the North Belton Cemetery with Rev. Arthur Washburn officiating. The Family will receive friends for visitation Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel in Belton.
