Carolyn Rugh

Carolyn Rugh, 70, of Tarpley died Wednesday October 29, 2014 in Belton. Services will be held November 8, 2014 at Living Waters Church in Utopia. Mrs. Rugh was born May 23, 1944 in Brady, the daughter of Robert Graham and Judy Holden Graham. She married Ronald Rugh August 18, 1967 in Brady. She was a member of Living Waters Church in Utopia. She was a homemaker and enjoyed nothing more than serving her family. She is preceded in death by her husband on November 14, 2000. Survivors include two sons, Randall Rugh and wife Erin of Tarpley, Bryan Rugh and wife Stacy of Belton, her sister, Berta Staudt of Harper, six grandchildren, Celestine Price, Ethan Rugh, Robert Rugh, Stephen Rugh, Graham Rugh, And Cailynn Rugh. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Fondation.
