Jesus Leon

Funeral services for Jesus Leon, 67, of Temple, will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, November 14, 2014, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple with Rev. Tom Chamberlin officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 6 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel in Belton. Mr. Leon died Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in a Temple Hospital Mr. Leon was born December 31, 1946 in Mexico, the son of Jose Leon and Asuncion Navarro Leon. He married Ana Leon in May 1966 in Mexico. He was a farmer. He made his home in Texas in the 1980's. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple. Surivors include his wife Ana Leon of Temple, seven sons Florentino Leon, Eduardo Leon, Orlando Leon, Juan Luis Leon, Marcos Leon, Osvaldo Leon and Christian Leon all of Temple and seven daughters Andrea Marquez Leon of Killeen, Rebecca Mendez Leon of Houston, Irma Marquez Leon of Killeen, Martha Farias Leon of Killeen, Erika Retana Leon of Mexia, Imelda Castro Leon of Mexico and Lilia Leon of Temple, 28 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
