Funeral services for Carolyn "C.J." Southerland, 68, of Belton will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 25,2014 at Dossman Funeral Home in Beltonwith Sam Calloway officiating. The family will recieve friends for visitation Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 9:00 AM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. C.J. passed away Friday, November 21, 2014 at her home. C.J. was born November 21, 1946 in Taylor, Texas to Victor Prcin and Bernice (Kirchner) Prcin. She married John Southerland, October 18, 1986 in Temple, Texas. She was a lifelong resident of Bell County and loved animals, to hunt, fish and spend time with her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband John Southerland, three brothers; Victor Prcin and wife Sharon of Glen Rose, Garrey Prcin and wife Cynthia of Rogers, Kenneth Prcin and wife Patricia of Lufkin, two sisters; Georgie Prcin Jones and husband Carrol of Belton, Bonnie Prcin Ramm and husband Danny of belton and many nieces and nephews. C.J. will be missed by Gracie and Smidgeon. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to a charity of your choice.
