Graveside services for Edna Nora Tyler, 87 of Holland will be held at 10:00 AM Sturday, December 6, 2014, at Holland Cemetery in Holland with Pastor Ron Winsman officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, December 5, 2014 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Mrs. Tyler passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at a local nursing home. She was born on September 16, 1927, in Bartlett to Fritz Wendler and Hertha (Lindemann) Wendler. She married Charlie E. Tyler Jr. on May 19, 1946 in Bell County. She was a member St Johns Lutheran Church in Bartlett and loved to crochet. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers; Wallace Wendler and Robert Wendler and a sister; Beatrice Patterson Survivors include her daughter, Diana Stroud; brother, Fritz Wendler Jr.; two sisters, Myrtle Wood and Nelda Mucha; two grandchildren Dr. Shannon Glaser and Derek Stroud and four great-grandchildren; Trenton Glaser, Trevor Glaser, Troy Glaser and Travis Glaser.
