Mary Oletta Lavern Knight Ward

Mrs. Ward died Saturday, December 13, 2014, in a Temple hospital. Mrs. Ward was born January 21, 1942 in Belton, the daughter of Olen Henry Knight and Maude Lye Doughty Knight. She married Ira Ward May 5, 1958 in Belton. She lived in Central Texas most of her life. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000 and one great granddaughter, Emily Renee Ward. Survivors include four sons Henry Ward of Moody, Mike Ward of Belton, Albert Ward of Wichita, Kansas and Jimmy Ward of Moody; four daughters Mary Woods of Moody, Alice Wright of Kiowa, Kansas, Jeanie Faulk of Temple and Suzette Ward of Moody. 25 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
