Sandra Scully

Funeral services for Sandra Scully, 65, of Temple, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 7, 2015, at the Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Robert Whitefield officiating. Burial will follow at the Salado Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation Friday evening at the funeral home 6-8 PM. Mrs. Scully was born in Belton, July, 5, 1949, the daughter of Emil David and Geraldine Evans. She grew up in Salado, graduated from Salado High School and attended the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. In the 1980's Mrs. Scully owned a bail bonds company. She later became a realtor for a career lasting more than 20 years. She was a member of the 3C Cowboy Fellowship Church in Salado. She is survived by her son Trey Bethke and his wife Diana of College Station, one brother Sam Evans and wife Julie of Belton and sister-in-law Dean Evans of Salado; two grandchildren Kyle and Reagan Bethke; two nephews Jeff Evans and Riley Evans and two nieces Jennifer Mays and Jordan Bajaj; also her two schnauzers Sophie and Roxie and one cat, Jackson. Memorials may be made to the SPCA.
