Richard Lee Bone, Sr.

Services for Richard Lee Bone, Sr., 71, of Heidenheimer will be 10:00 a.m. Monday at Pleasant View Cemetery in Troy. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. Mr. Bone died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Temple VA hospital. He was born August 16, 1943 in Maysville, OK to Albert Lee Bone and Syble Mae Bone. He married Shirley (Tubbs) Bone on June 2, 1962 in Bell County. He served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by a brother, Henry Bone. Survivors include his wife; a son, Richard Bone, Jr.; daughter, Teresa Harrison; brother, Stephen Bone; two sisters, Verna May Martindale and Barbara Mankins; and three grandchildren, Christopher Harrison, Ashley Bone and Adam L. Bone.
