Angel Guajardo

Funeral Mass for Angel Guajardo, 87 of Belton, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 3, 2015 at Christ the King Catholic Church with Father John Kim officiating. Visitation will be Thursday July 2, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel in Belton. Mr. Guajardo died Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Belton. He was born October 18, 1927, in Bartlett, Texas, the son of Eusebio Guajardo and Inez Guajardo. He married Mary (Martinez) Guajardo on October 27, 1947 in Salado, Texas. He served in the United States Army stationed in Italy and serving in WWII. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Daniel Guajardo. Survivors include his wife Mary Guajardo; three sons, Guadalupe Guajardo and wife Juanita of Belton, Eusebio Sam Guajardo of Belton and Isabel Guajardo and wife Mary of Lubbock; a daughter, Rosalinda Barrientos and husband Mauro of Belton; a brother, Delfino Guajardo of Belton; a sister, Albina Paredes of Belton; fourteen grandchildren; thirty five great-grandchildren and twenty three great great- grandchildren.
