Edward W Bolton, Jr.

Edward William Bolton, Jr age 59 passed away July 25, 2015 at his home in Florence. He was born October 1, 1955 in Cortland, New York. After serving in the Army for 3 years Edward persued a career in Criminal Justice, he worked for the Killeen Police Dept. for 14 years, the Bell County Attorney Office as an Investigator for 10 years and instructed a Criminal Justice Class at Central Texas College while persuing his Doctorate. Edward was a lover of cats and all animals, even raised goats and chickens. In Edwards' spare time he was an investigator and member of SGPI as he loved the para-normal. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Beth Bolton; son, Kris Bolton; daughter, Jennifer Bolton; brothers, Mike (Rita) Bolton, Patrick Bolton and Jeffery Bolton; sister, Karen (Jeff) Woodruff and 1 granddaughter Emma.Edward will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 29th from 6pm to 8pm at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, Services will be Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Nolan Valley Baptist Church in Belton at 10am with burial to follow at North Belton Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop,Georgetown, TX in honor of Edward.
