David Lawrence Slayton

Funeral services for David Lawrence Slayton, 63, of The Grove, will be at a later date. David passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at a Temple hospital. He was born on March 12, 1952 to Lawrence William Slayton and Ella Ozell Collins. He graduated from Richfield High School in 1970. He married Kathy Lee Bradshaw in Waco on June 5th, 1973. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Susan. Survivors include his wife Kathy Slayton; three sons, Kevin Slayton and wife Mary of Temple, Brian Slayton and Sean Slayton both of The Grove, grandson Everett David Slayton, and his beloved dachshund, Grizzly.
