Pauline Holmes

Funeral services for Pauline Holmes, 69, of Nolanville, will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2015, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Armando Aggurrie officiating.   Burial will follow at the Killeen City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holmes died Wednesday in a Killeen Hospital.   Mrs. Holmes was born May 5, 1946 in Waco, the daughter of Gregorio Ramirez and Rachel (Ortiz) Ramirez.  She married Reagan Edward Holmes February 16, 1964.   She worked for civil service in materials management for many years.  She was Catholic.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1988 and one daughter, Brenda Tobar in 2010.


Survivors include two daughters Paula Jupe and husband David of West and Yolanda Holmes of Belton; sisters Simona Ramirez, Nancy Torres, Martha Cruz, and Antonia Ramirez; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.   The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Metroplex Hospital and the Good Samaritan that stopped to help her.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the Kidney Foundation or Susan G Komen.
