Jane Bugg

Jane Akin Jernigan Bugg , age 70, died on Saturday, December 19, 2015, in Belton, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Richard and Jill Fritz, of Temple, Texas ; her daughter and son-in-law, Tim and Jana Heath, of Belton, Texas; her mother, Oleta Akin, of Hico, Texas; her sister and brother-in-law, William Jan and Carol Daehnert of Irving, Texas and three grandchildren, Garrett and Gavin Fritz of Temple, Texas, and Hartlea Heath of Belton, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her father, Norvell Akin, of Hico, Texas.

Jane was born on April 12, 1945 in  Hamilton, Texas.   She graduated from Hico High School.  She also attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She was a homemaker for many years.  She also worked as a school secretary and as a medical secretary at Scott and White.  Jane was the owner of an antique business, As Time Goes By, in Belton, Texas for almost twenty years.  She also took great pleasure in doing estate sales.

She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and her precious nine year old Maltese, Noel. Her family and friends will always remember her zest for life and her belief that we should, "not waste one single moment."
