Larry Gene Ivey

Graveside services for Larry Gene Ivey, 57, of Little River, will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at the Sunshine Cemetery at Holland with Bro. Brent Boatwright officiating.

Mr. Ivey died Saturday, April 16, 2016 , in a Temple hospital.

Mr. Ivey was born September 13, 1958 , in Belton, the son of J D and Eula Faye (Pace) Ivey. He was a 1978 graduate of Holland and held an associates degree from Temple Junior College in Business Management. He worked for Griggs Equipment and Wal Mart.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include two brothers J D Ivey Jr of Holland and Calvin Ivey of Lockhart; three sisters Susie Johnson of Academy, Betty Ryan of Belton and Judy Daniel of Belton; two half sisters Alice Russell of Belton and Esther Oljnic of Moody.

The family will receive friends for visitation 6-8 PM Monday, at the Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
