German Martinez-Bazan

Funeral services for German Andres Martinez-Bazan, 18, of Belton, will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday at First Baptist Church in Belton with Rev. Patricio Munoz officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday evening at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel from 6-8 PM.

Mr. Martinez-Bazan died May 23, 2016 in Temple. Mr. Martinez was born July 17, 1997 in Temple, the son of Efrain Bazan-Rosa and Irma Rosa. He was a member of Iglesia Bautista Dunamis (First Baptist Church Belton Mission Church). He attended Belton High School where he was a senior, one week from graduation. He had enjoyed culinary classes and planned to pursue Culinary Arts Degree in college. He was employed with Schlotsky’s in Belton.

He is survived by his parents Efrain Bazan-Rosa and Irma Bazan; three brothers Marco Moreno, Ricky Martinez and Pastor Bazan; one sister Jennifer Martinez; grandparents Rosalio Martinez, Pastor Bazan and Estela Rosa.
