Edwin Ray Preece

Funeral services for Edwin Ray Preece, 61, of Rogers, will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 14, 2016, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Lee officiating. Burial will be 12 PM Noon, Monday, October 17, 2016, at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Mr. Preece died Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at his home in Rogers.

Mr. Preece was born February 10, 1955 in Killeen, the son of James Wayne Preece, Sr. and Susie Thelma (Pruitt) Preece. He married Sherrie Gaye Windham November 3, 1972 and she preceded him in death May 6, 2002. Later he married Robin Everts on February 6, 2004 in Belton. He was a lifelong resident of central Texas.

Survivors include his wife Robin Preece of Rogers, four daughters Christina Oder of Temple, Vicki Baker of Goddard, KS, Crystall Youngblood of Laramie, Wyoming and Brittany West of Laramie, Wyoming; one son Josh Youngblood of Houston; one brother Wayne Preece of Kempner; two sisters Kay Benjamin of Copperas Cove and Thelma Welke of Travers City, Michigan; 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
