Miranda Michelle Ortiz

Miranda Michelle Ortiz, 23, of Temple passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Academy.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Christ The King Catholic Church in Belton with Father Steve Souser officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery in Belton.

Miranda was born on July 16, 1993 in Temple to Michael Sr. and Stacie (Delgado) Ortiz. She attended schools in Temple and graduated from Temple High School in 2011. She attended Temple College and worked for HEB in Temple in the produce department.

Miss Ortiz was preceded in death by her grandmother, Minerva (Aguilar) Delgado. She is survived by two daughters Larissa Mungia and Aaliyah Williams of Temple, her parents Michael Sr. and Stacie Ortiz of Temple, a brother Michael Ortiz Jr. of Temple , a sister Mikayla Ortiz of Temple, and her grandparents Bertolda Sr. and Lydia Ortiz and Oracio Delgado.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 6-7 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM by Deacon Barney Rodriguez.
