Betty Lou Walters

Funeral services for Betty L. Walters, 77, of Temple , will be held at 11:00 AM , Friday, November 4, 2016 , at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Reed officiating.   Burial will follow at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Belton.

Mrs. Walters died Tuesday in a Temple nursing home.

Mrs. Walters was born April 17, 1939 in Ballinger, the daughter of John Chester Brown and Agnes (Gartrell) Brown.   She was a homemaker and a home childcare provider. She was a Christian.

Survivors include one son Henry Earl Walters of Temple and daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth and Roy Brown of Midland; six brothers Henry Brown, Johnny Brown, J. C. Brown, Roger Brown, Tony Brown, and Bobby Brown all of Temple. Three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
