Nelda Ann Finney

Mrs. Finney was born March 5, 1941 in Batesville, Arkansas the daughter of Dalton Stanford and Fannie P. (Rogers) Kelley. She married J T Finney, March 28, 1957 in Houston. They moved to Belton in 1972. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1999; and her sisters and brother.
Survivors include two sons Keith Finney and Charles Finney and wife Francis, one daughter Carol Decker and husband Robert, two brothers Finis Kelley and Ernest Kelley and three sisters June Forshee, Jean Mikeska, and Ruby Sutterfield. ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
