Danny Duffield

Funeral services for Danny Duffield, 61, of Moody, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Dossman Funeral Home chapel with Dave Jeffreys officiating.  Burial will follow at the Holland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, March 19, 2017, from 4-6 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Duffield died Thursday, March 16, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Duffield was born August 24, 1955, in Germany, the son of Dana Vaughn Duffield and Vernell Sless Duffield.  He married Pat Wallace, in November 1976 in Belton.   He was a truck driver for McLane Company.  Mr. Duffield was also a former member of the Bell County Sheriff’s Posse for 15 years.  He attended Vista Community Church.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Pat Duffield of Moody; one son Jerod Duffield of Groesbeck and daughter Misty Aaron of Moody; one brother Norman Duffield of Bryan and one sister Brenda Latham of North Carolina; two sisters-in-law Wilma Jarolik and Margie Adkisson and one brother-in-law Larry Wallace; and three grandchildren Sydney, Cooper and Korb.

Memorials may be made to the Vista Community Church in Temple.
