Marie Carrasco Esparza

Funeral services for Marie Esparza, 66, of Belton, will be held at 11:00 AM , Thursday 13, 2017, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Minister John Wayne Jones and Pastor Tom Zintgraff officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends and family for visitation Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Esparza died Friday, April 7, 2017 at her home in Belton.
She was born September 14, 1950 in Robstown, the daughter of Ramon and Hortencia (Ramirez) Carrasco. She married Juan Esparza on July 25, 1970 in Belton. She worked for many years for Superior Chaircraft. She attended Harvest Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Raymondo Carrasco, Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Juan Esparza of Belton, one son Juan Esparza Jr and wife Brooke of Moffat; two daughters, Aley Hernandez and husband Gilberto of Belton and Manuela “Melly” Winkler and husband Chris of Belton. Six brothers: Edward Carrasco, Ruben Carrasco, Arnulfo Carrasco, Alfredo Carrasco, Valentine Carrasco and Miguel Carrasco; six sisters: Alicia Garcia, Gloria Leija, Sally Ybarra, Dora Esparza, Geneva Granado and Margaret Carrasco. Seven grandchildren: Celeste Villanueva, Gilberto Hernandez II, Devin Hernandez, Cilvandrienne Hernandez, Destenne Winkler, Sariah Winkler and Juan “J. J.” Esparza III; and four great grandchildren: Nicholas Villanueva, Jaden Villanueva, Rosendo Villanueva and Maya Villanueva.
