Ms. Memory Lane Hutson Cook, 50, of Belton, Texas, passed away July 1, 2017 after a 7 month battle of pancreatic cancer. She was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on October 22, 1966. She died very peacefully at her residence surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her parents Anthony and Susie Hutson of Enterprise, Alabama, a sister Nikki Hutson Wright (Joe Wright) of Enterprise, Alabama, a son, Dakota Caleb Cook of Katy, Texas, a niece, Haylie Annicole Hutson of Enterprise, Alabama, two nephews, Jessy Hutson of Houston, Texas, and T.J. Stephens of Felton, Pennsylvania.
Memory was preceded in death by two siblings, a brother Tony James Hutson, 51, and a sister Lisa Annett Hutson, 37, Grandparents, George and Katherine Breard, and Otto and Ellie V. Hutson.
She worked for Scott and White Doctor's Clinic for 21 years as a Clinic Supervisor. She was very devoted to her job and very loyal to her co-workers. She treated every employee with the up most respect and always had a great big smile for all the patients that came to the clinics. Memory was a devoted mother to her son Dakota and she was his best friend.
The family will welcome friends on Wednesday, July 5, from 4PM - 7PM with services beginning at 4:30 PM, at the Mayborn Auditorium at Texas A&M Medical School at Scott and White, 2401 South 31st Street, Temple, Texas, 76508.
