Nicanor Ruiz

Services for Nicanor Ruiz, 68, of Belton will be at a later date.

Mr. Ruiz died on Sunday July 16, 2017 at his home in Belton.

He was born February 19, 1949 , in Florence, Texas the son of Manuel Ruiz and Josfine (Vasquez) Ruiz.

He is preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Manuel Ruiz, Jr. and Raul Ruiz.

Survivors include his mother;  three sons, Michael Ruiz, Nicholas Ruiz, and Nicanor Ruiz, Jr.; two daughters, Laura Basquez and Ashlee Garcia; two brothers, Roel Ruiz and George Ruiz; a sister, Mary Pulley and six grandchildren.
