Glynn Cabaniss

A celebration of the life of Glynn Cabaniss , 85, of Lubbock will be 10:00 A.M., July 26, 2017 at Sanders Memorial Chapel with Eric Stone officiating. Another service will be held in Belton, TX with burial following at Cedar Knob Cemetery. A visitation will be July 25, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM at Sanders Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton with Pastor Eric Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Knob Cemetery near Salado.

Glynn passed away July 24, 2017.

Glynn was born February 1, 1932 in Salado , TX to Clarence Cabaniss and Ruby Hamrick Cabaniss . He was self-employed for many years in Lubbock and married to Joyce Cabaniss for over 55 years.

Loved ones include his wife, Joyce of 55 years; son, Randy: grandchildren C.J. and Taylor Cabaniss and 2 great-grandchildren; one brother, Roy; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Ruby, his brother, Orb; and sister, Joyice Elkins.

A visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
