Charles passed away on October 1, 2017 in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was born September 27, 1932 in Satin, Texas, the son of Andrew Thomas Albright and Ethel Hunter Hamilton.

He married Erma Ida Engbrock on August 13, 1955 in Temple, Texas. Mrs. Albright preceded him in death after nearly 60 years of marriage, on May 6, 2015. Charles served as a S/Sgt. in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. After completing his military service, and then marrying Erma, he attended Texas Tech ('58), where he received his undergraduate degree with a BA in Accounting, After many years of employment, he retired from Mobil Chemical and was a long time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Temple. Charles was affectionately called "Daddy", "Paw" or "Paw-Paw", by his loving family and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed family gatherings that included any table game, especially "84-dominoes".  Charles enjoyed spending time with Erma, whether it was just a quick trip to get a DQ Blizzard or a 2 week driving vacation to Montana. He enjoyed visiting with friends and never really knew a stranger.  Charles will be missed by everyone who knew him, but not more than he will be celebrated, as we are confident in our Lord and Savior's celebration of his return home to Him.
