James Edward Peden, Jr.

James Edward Peden, Jr., 61, of Moffat passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in Moffat.

Graveside services for James will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM at North Belton Cemetery in Belton.

James was born on August 16, 1956 in Houston, Texas to James Sr. and Bobbye (Hembree) Peden. He grew up in Houston and graduated from Waltrip High School. Mr. Peden attended Lonestar College where he received his Truck Driver’s Certification. James worked for many years for Tidewater Transportation. He moved to Moffat in 2015.

James is survived by his brothers John Peden of Hondo, Texas and Larry Peden of Houston, Texas, sisters Diana McLeod of Houston, Kathy Kohler of Porter, Texas and Cindy Huff of Belton, and a nephew Matt Hays.
