Jean Forrest Casey

Services for Jean Forrest Casey, 91 of Belton will be 2 PM Saturday, December 16, 2017 at North Belton Cemetery with Deacon John Alexander officiating.

Jean died Wednesday, December 13 at a local hospital.

Jean was born June 14, 1926 in Houghton, MI the daughter of Elsie and John Schaaf. She met her first husband Harold Forrest while working at Hercules Powder Co. in Baraboo, WI as he was serving in the Army. They married on September 8, 1945; he preceded her in death in July, 1989. She married Doug Casey on December 14, 1991; he preceded her in death in November, 2012. She was a member of Nolan Valley Baptist Church for many years.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, a brother and a grandson, Allen Frost.

Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Forrest and John Forrest both of Belton; a daughter, Sandra Frost of Mexia; a sister, Mary Thomas; seven grandchildren, Stacey Frost, Melody Cowger, Christi Dixon, Cody Forrest, Jason Law, Joshua Law and Ashley Chipman; thirteen great- grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday December 15 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
