Lena Lois Laxton

Lena Lois Laxton, 79 of Belton, formerly of Brownfield, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Laxton was born October 17, 1938 in Levelland, the daughter of James Karl Moss and Ethel Perdue Moss. She married Billy Ray Laxton July 25, 1958 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker.  She moved to Belton 7 years ago from Brownfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband June of 2006.

Survivors include one son Billy Laxton of Temple and one daughter Lena Laxton of Round Rock; two sisters Mary Lou Graf of Lubbock and Betty Rost of Iowa Park; and five grandchildren.

Dossman Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
