Josefina Ramos

Funeral services for Josefina “Fina” Ramos, 80, of Belton, will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Armando Aguirree officiating. Burial will follow at the North Belton Cemetery.

A Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Ramos was born September 2, 1937 in Blanco the daughter of Fedencio and Amelia (Muniz) Reyna. She married Sabas Ramos on April 6, 1954 in Raymondville.    She worked for many years at Griggs Equipment, First Baptist Church and BISD. She enjoyed playing bingo and visiting a casino. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband January 12, 1996 and two sons Sabas Ramos Jr and Jesus Ramos; a daughter Dora Lopez and longtime companion Lee Aguilar.

Survivors include two sons Pete Ramos and wife Gloria, and Tony Ramos and wife Dolores all of Belton; two daughters Maria Cantu and husband Ricardo of Raymondville, and Martha Aguilar of Belton. Six brothers Felix Reyna of Colorado, Maximino Reyna, Fedencio Reyna, Domingo Reyna, Rosendo Reyna and Reynaldo Reyna all of Lyford; one sister Hipolita Villalobos of Belton; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
