Julie Nicole Pritchett went to be with her Heavenly Father on May 10, 2018, after a brief battle with cancer. She was 42 years old. Julie brought great joy to her family and many friends through her friendly and happy disposition.
Julie was born to Wayne and Kathy Pritchett on September 5, 1975, in Corsicana, Texas. She graduated from Whitehouse High School in 1997, and subsequently moved with her family to Belton. Julie loved all people and brought joy to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her nieces and nephews. She loved all children and truly enjoyed when she had opportunities to babysit her nieces, nephews, and close friends along with her mother. Julie was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Belton, Texas, where she was shown love and kindness.
Julie was blessed with a loving and large family. She is survived by her parents, Wayne and Kathy Pritchett, of Belton; her sister Hollie Sammons and husband Chris of Waco; her sister Lorie Malone and husband Jonathan of Belton; nephews Seth Sammons and Justin Sammons of Waco and Ryan Malone of Belton; nieces Kate Malone and Abby Malone of Belton; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Julie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, J.D and Hazel Graves and paternal grandparents, I.V.M (Buster) and Mildred Pritchett.
Visitation will be at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton from 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 12, 2018, at Lakeview Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Sammons, Mark Wilhoite and Rev. Bob Crowder officiating. Interment will follow at Eureka Cemetery in Eureka, Texas, at 3:30 PM. Memorials may be made to Lakeview Baptist Church, 7717 State Hwy 317, Belton, Texas.
