Louis Adolphus Bronson

Louis Adolphus Bronson, 77, of Temple passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at his home in Temple.

Graveside services for Mr. Bronson will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

Louis was born on June 26, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Waldo and Celestine (Stuman) Bronson. He grew up in the St. Louis area before entering the US Army in 1962. Mr. Bronson moved to the Central Texas area while in the Army and settled here after leaving the Army in 1964. Louis worked as a small engine mechanic as well as a welder before retiring. He married Cora Orrick in 1980 in Belton and she preceded him in death on July 4, 2014.

Mr. Bronson is survived by two daughters, Joy Bronson of Temple and Phoebe Purdy of Austin, brother Waldo Bronson, Jr. of Flint, Michigan, and 7 grandchildren.
